We do ship orders outside United States, but additional shipping costs apply. Also, international orders may be subject to additional fee on account of custom duties, taxes, import duties, etc. These charges are customer's responsibility over and above paid to Hamsa Yoga Shop

Most paypal orders will be shipped next day. For economic convenience and reliability, we use UPS ground shipping. Please note that we do not ship the orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on weekday or national holiday will be shipped on next business day.

Unfortunately, because of customs' issues involved, we are NOT able to process refund, returns or exchanges on international orders.

We are not reponsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters. Also, we are not reponsible for any damages caused to the order in transit. The customer is responsible for any customs duties/taxes/import duties that may be assesed when order is shipped outside the United States of America.
